Meet the staff

	District Superintendent: Gaylen Nagel Gaylen, a graduate of UW-River Falls, worked at Sentry Insurance from 1976-2007, holding technical, supervisory, marketing, training and sales positions. Following retirement in 2007, Gaylen enrolled in a master's program at TEDS, adding to previous master's courses in Marriage and Family Counseling. He began serving as the District Superintendent in May 2011.
	Director of Church Planting: Rev. Ray Olson Ray is a 1978 graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary. Prior to seminary, he served two years on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ. He served local Free Churches as church planter and senior pastor in Missouri and Wisconsin and has served as Director of Church Planting since 1992.
	Director of Church Health: Rev. Don Price Don is a 1986 graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. He served 13 years on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ before seminary. He has served in two Free Churches as senior pastor and began his ministry as Director of Church Health on January 1, 1999.
	Director of Student Ministries Pastor Rob Weise Rob was a salesman for 15 years and also served as a children's and youth ministry volunteer for 15 years. Rob felt God's call to full time ministry in 1996 and joined the Free Church in Wausau as their Pastor of Student Ministries (K-12) in 1997. He served there for almost 7 years and then joined the FLD Staff as the Director of Student Ministries on September 1, 2003.
